CCHL ANNOUNCES ALL-GRADUATE TEAM FOR OSWEGO GAME

Ottawa, Ont. — The Central Canada Hockey League announced its 20-man roster for a showcase exhibition game against the Oswego State Lakers in Oswego, N.Y. on Sat., Oct. 21.
The CCHL All-Graduate team will be led by a strong coaching staff comprising head coach Jason Clarke (Carleton Place) and assistants Dan Sauve (Rockland) and Jesse Winchester (Brockville).
The roster, which is entirely made up of uncommitted ’97-born players, features five current CCHL captains (Kari Belec/Corey Tam, Nepean; Andrew Jarvis, Brockville; David Jankowski, Hawkesbury; Tyson Kirkby, Kemptville).

The CCHL has been a talent pipeline in recent years for Oswego State, as eight members of the Lakers — Joey Rutkowski (Smiths Falls), Josh Zizek (Nepean), Jody Sullivan (Ottawa), Mitch Herlihey (Nepean), Chris MacMillan (Smiths Falls), Cedric Hansen (then-Gloucester), Devin Campbell (Carleton Place via Niagara U.) and Trent Durocher (Pembroke) — were previously standouts in The Central.
