During the first period, Hebert opened the scoring for Cornwall with a goal at 7:18 with helpers from his linemates, Tanner and Mcrae. Manderville answered for Kanata with a goal at 15:04 with assists from his linemates, Stockdale and Nocita. Sleeth quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 15:09.
In the second period, Noonan netted a goal at 17:41 with helpers from Sutherland and Bunka.
