Calling all Colts Alumni -- Reunion to Coincide with RBC Cup
Calling all Colts alumni! Reunion planned for May 3 to help the team kick off the RBC Cup.
Former Colt Derek Wagar and Colts operations manager Mike Piquette are at work planning a Colts reunion to coincide with the RBC Cup.
"The reunion will be for all Colts alumni dating back to the Colts inaugural season of 1992-93 and will include players, coaches, personnel, staff and their families," said Wagar. "With Cornwall hosting the RBC Cup, a reunion would be a great way to bring people together to support the Colts and the City of Cornwall. The reunion will serve as a means to bring people back to the city so they can reconnect with the players, coaches, personnel and fans that made their junior hockey experience so memorable."
The reunion is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, opening day of the RBC Cup, at the Cornwall Civic Complex. A tentative schedule calls for the reunion to get underway at 12:30 p.m. with an 'Alumni Meet and Greet' where food and cocktails will be served, to be followed by opening ceremonies for the RBC Cup at 3:00 p.m. After the opening ceremonies, at 5:00 p.m., a fan meet and greet with alumni will take place, and at 7:00 p.m., alumni will take in the opening game of the RBC Cup, with the Colts facing off against the Western champions. A party at a location to be determined will follow the game.

RBC Cup, Cornwall, Ontario, May 3-11, 2008
The National Junior "A" Championship will be played in Cornwall,
May 3 to 11, with the RBC Cup up for grabs.
Ticket packages for the tournament are now on sale. For all 13 games in
the tournament, including the final, packages are priced at $140 for
adults, $120 for students/seniors, and $60 for children 12 and under.
Single game tickets will go on sale shortly before the tournament begins.
The ticket packages are available at the Civic Complex Box Office.
