The Colts recorded a shutout against the Canadians 4-0 in home game

The Cornwall Colts struggled against the Carleton Place Canadians allowing Tim Theocharidis to score a hat trick as Cornwall crushed the Canadians 4-0 in a home game at Carleton Place Arena – Rink 1 in Cornwall. In addition, Jeremie Forget posted a shutout, stopping all 24 of the Colts shots throughout the game. The Carleton Place Canadians took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Tim Theocharidis and never looked back.

Geoff Kitt had a busy night with 2 assists.

During the first, Theocharidis opened the scoring for the Canadians with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 12:41 with a helper from his teammate Kitt. Theocharidis netted a goal at 18:35 with an assist from his defensive partner, Girduckis.

In the second, Reynolds deposited a goal at 2:56 with helpers from Allison and Tooke.

During the third, Theocharidis scored a goal at 9:10 with an assist from Kitt.

This loss brings the Cornwall Colts’ record to (26-19-4-2).
