COLTS BEAT HAWKS TO SNAP 3-GAME LOSING STREAK

Cornwall – Liam Lascelle made 36 saves to backstop the Colts to a 4-1 victory over Hawkesbury at the Ed Lumley Arena Thursday night.
The win snaps a three game losing streak for the Colts.
The Hawks outshot the Colts 37-24 overall.
Justin McRae scored his 6th and 7th goals of the season to pace the Colts offence. Alexander Monteleone (2) and Josh Peladeau (1) also scored. Chris Theodore chipped in with a pair of assists.
The Colts improve to 7-8-1-0 (15pts) to solidify their hold on 8th place. The Colts are only 3 points out of 4th overall.
The Cornwall Toyota Hardest Working Colts Player was Chris Theodore.
The Pizza Pizza Three Stars were First Star Liam Lascelle (COR), Second Star Justin McRae (COR) and Third Star Joel Frazee (HAWK).
The Colts are back in action tomorrow night against the Bears. Game time is 7:30pm at the Smiths Falls Community Centre.
Cornwall returns home next Thursday (Oct 19th) to face off against the Bears. Game time is 7:30pm at the Ed Lumley Arena.
